STRUGGLE AGAINST BOTRYTIS - GRAPES SKIN & GRAPE SEED TANNINS

OENO PROD brings solution to winemaker to struggle against Botrytis and to make the best wine out of damaged grapes.

OENO PROD got ranges of products which will help the winemaker to avoid or reduce the action of oxydation of juices or wines and over all to eradicate PPO (Polyphenol Oxydise) from wines and juices.

There are technics that have been showing good results in Europe and some of them are shown in the following document.

• OENO PROD is proposing the use of Grape Skin TANPEL and Grape Seed TANPEP tannins to help to struggle against risk of oxydation of polyphenolic compound in red wines.
